Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, buy a watch from us, or sell a watch to us. Please read them before you do. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
About us
This website is operated by Nonside Limited, trading as Nonside Jewellery, a company registered in England and Wales. Email: info@nonsidejewellery.co.uk.
We are an independent dealer. We are not affiliated with, or an authorised retailer of, Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Cartier or any other watch brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Buying from us
- Enquiries, not an automatic sale. Watches on this website are shown for information and are not a binding offer. Prices are given on enquiry. A sale is only agreed when we confirm the price and availability to you in writing and you accept it.
- Availability. Each watch is one of a kind. A watch marked "Reserved" or "Sold" is not available, and we may withdraw a watch at any time before a sale is agreed.
- Description. We describe condition, age, service history and what's included as accurately as we can. Photographs are of the actual watch, but colours may look slightly different on screen. Pre-owned watches may show signs of normal wear unless described as unworn.
- Payment. We tell you the accepted payment methods when we confirm a sale. We don't release a watch until payment has cleared. Prices include VAT only where we say so, and many of our watches are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme, which means VAT is not shown separately.
- Delivery. Watches are sent fully insured, tracked and signed for, or can be collected in person by appointment. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
- Your right to cancel. If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have 14 days from the day the watch is delivered to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return it. Return it unworn, in the same condition, with its box and papers, and insured, as you remain responsible for it until we receive it. We will refund the price, and the original delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the watch back and checking it. If the watch comes back damaged or worn beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct for the loss in value. This right does not apply to a watch made or altered to your specification.
- Faulty or misdescribed watches. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a watch must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, contact us straight away and we will put it right in line with your legal rights.
- No separate warranty. We don't give our own warranty on the watches. This doesn't limit your statutory rights.
Selling to us
- Valuation. A valuation request is not a contract. We give you a firm offer based on the details and photos you send. The offer is subject to the watch matching your description when we inspect it.
- Inspection and verification. We inspect and verify the watch, in person or on arrival if you send it. If it is not as described, or we cannot verify it as genuine, we may change or withdraw our offer. You are free to decline and have the watch returned to you.
- Sending a watch. If you send a watch to us, please send it fully insured and tracked. Please agree the delivery with us first.
- Payment. Once the watch is verified and you accept our offer, we pay you by bank transfer within 24 hours.
- Ownership and identity. You must be the legal owner of the watch, and it must be free of finance, liens and any other claims. We may ask for proof of identity, address and ownership, and we may refuse a purchase if we cannot confirm them. We also keep records of the watches we buy, as the law requires.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force on the day of your order or sale apply to it.
